Teddy Kirsch
Teddy is a corporate and transactional attorney by trade but has been focused on creating value for and providing support to cannabis businesses of all sizes for years. He has held positions at: Ion Law as Contract Partner/ Of-Counsel, Brennan, Manna, Diamond as Contract Partner, Verano Holdings, LLC as a Lobbyist, Harvest Health and Recreation, LLC as a Lobbyist, Manatt, Phelps and Phillips as Contract Partner, and Serruya Private Equity as a consultant. His legal practice spans a multitude of legal concentrations but is primarily focused on M&A and Corporate law, as well as occasional regulatory matters. Teddy currently spends the majority of his time outside of the legal sphere, leveraging his hard won network of cannabis business owners and financiers to build brand partnerships, provide access to financing and aid in high-level strategy.

Greg has spent the past decade in investment management and making direct investments across Asia and North America. In 2018, Greg founded Serendipity Growth Capital where he is the Chief Investment Officer making direct investments in alternative industries. Greg is an experienced cannabis investor and has invested directly in the sector for the past 5 years. He currently serves as CEO at 14th Round and Chairman of Primetime.
Aaron Serruya

Aaron Serruya began his career at age nineteen as the other co-founder of Yogen Früz®. Aaron was also involved at various levels, in Coolbrands® and Kahala Brands®. Having over three decades of experience in retail franchising sector, in addition to his position as a Managing Director at SPE, Aaron is currently the President of International Franchise Inc. (home of global brands such as Yogen Früz®, Pinkberry® and Swensen’s® Ice Cream), which has over 4,500 frozen yogurt and ice cream franchises worldwide, in over 50 countries.
Aaron and his family have been a mainstay in the cannabis industry both in the US and in their native Canada, having taken major positions in companies like: Aphria/Tilray, Medmen, Papa’s Herb and many more, Aaron has deep operational expertise, which includes strategic planning, quality control, and marketing.
Steven Lenn

Steve is a master attorney, practicing for 40 years in the banking and cannabis industries. He graduated from Tufts University, Cum Laude, then went on to Colombia University Law School. Steve has been involved in more than $2 billion cannabis industry merger and acquisition and debt and equity finance transactions, many with multi-state and/or international components.
Clients have primarily been publicly traded corporate and private acquirers, private equity firms, high net worth private investors, family offices and underwriters, but have also included owner/operators. Steve has been a speaker/panelist at multiple investor conferences, several presented by Arcview and Kahner Global, in venues including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Ft. Lauderdale and Toronto. Steve is a member of the Arizona, California, New York and Ohio bars.
Zander Abrams

Zander is the principal at Cannabis Policy Forum and an attorney focused on regulatory and legislative issues. Using his expertise in governmental affairs, Zander works with cannabis operators, ancillary technology companies, and investors to build expansion strategies, manage public affairs, and to facilitate foreign entry into the U.S. market. Prior to starting his consulting business, Zander served for 5 years as an Area Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), where he oversaw a number of state operations in the Midwest. While at AIPAC, Zander led one of the organizations largest fundraising campaigns, effected political mobilizations across 35 Congressional Districts and 8 Senators, and delivered 20 keynote speeches a year.
